Are you someone that keeps going no matter how tired, exhausted, and burnt out you feel? Do you feel pulled in too many directions at once? Do you want to show up as your best self but often times do well just to show up at all? Are you finding that you’re not giving your best in any area of your life? Worse still, are you not living up to your full potential or realizing your purpose in the world? Is this breaking your heart?
The Mindful Life for Women coaching program helps women connect to the beauty within their hearts. It helps them increase confidence and self-love so that they may fuel their passions to create and serve. It helps them to have more success with less stress.
This program will help you:
✅ Live your purpose and values
✅ Realize your desire to create, serve, or lead
✅ Have supportive relationships
✅ Have more resilience and strength
✅ Be supported and surrounded by community
✅ Have time for self-care and feel fulfilled by how you spend your time
✅ Have more peace and well-being
I routinely work with women who:
▶️ Know they have a purpose to fulfill but just can't find the time or energy to fulfill it.
▶️ Are entrepreneurs or small business owners bearing the weight and responsibility for their businesses and employees.
▶️ Work in demanding jobs, and who are finding it difficult to have time for themselves and their families.
▶️ Are high powered women leaders who aren’t sure how much longer they can be pulled in multiple directions before they break.
▶️ Are constantly living in overwhelm.
If this sounds like where you are now and where you'd like to be - message me here to start a conversation.
You are a servant leader who wants to show up as your best self. But conflict at the workplace and among team members is undermining your best efforts. You are operating under high levels of stress that are affecting your performance and your life. You want to shine at your job but instead are wondering if you should look elsewhere. Instead, consider a Mindful Leadership, Mindful Team, or Mindfulness at Work program.
Mindfulness for leaders and teams can create:
▶️ Resilient leadership
▶️ Cooperative teams
▶️ A Code of Conduct leading to success and cooperation among employees
▶️ Non-reactivity resulting in a more peaceful working environment
▶️ Non-violent communication, ensuring everyone’s needs are expressed and met
▶️ Stress reduction and well-being
Working with me, companies have seen the following results:
✅ Leaders committed to their job and the company’s success.
✅ Leaders inspiring their teams instead of just managing them.
✅ Leaders having more of an impact on company outcomes.
✅ Leaders having a broader reach within the workplace community.
✅ Executives and teams focused on collaboration, not competition.
✅ Teams that are engaged and aligned.
✅ Higher job satisfaction among employees.

Meditation and mindfulness have been taught to first responders, trauma survivors, and members of non-profits serving the community as a way to lessen reactivity. Mindfulness training can create space for someone to choose how they want to respond instead of reacting out of fear, anger, or stress. Recently being introduced in schools as well, meditation has also been shown to have a positive impact around bullying for both the victim and the bully, as well as any witnesses involved.
Through numerous studies, mindfulness has been proven to:
✅ Reduce depression and anxiety
✅ Increase resilience
✅ Reduce reactivity
✅ Improve decision making skills during time of stress
✅ Improve relationships and increase cooperation
✅ Decrease stress on the heart and lower blood pressure
✅ Decrease burnout
✅ Improve sleep
People suffering heightened emotions of stress, fear, anger, and worry make poor decisions. Teaching them effective pattern interrupts, as well as how to calm their mind and emotions, can transform any situation they find themselves in for the better.
